TYLER WalterS

As general manager, Tyler works to ensure the day-to-day operations flow smoothly within the office and in the trucks. His ability to juggle customer satisfaction, employee relations, new leads and emergencies keeps our team thriving. 

Jhonna Bello

As plumbing manager, Jhonna manages the plumbing department in employee and operational roles. Jhonna directs and supervises our plumbing department effectively to repair, install, start up, operation and maintain all plumbing requirements for residential and commercial services. His knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations makes him a vital asset to our team. 

Caleb Walters

As project manager, Caleb is responsible for all large projects such as septic tank installations. Caleb is also our SEO (Sewage Enforcement Officer) and has undergone extensive training and education to ensure he is an expert in all things septic-related. Caleb’s ability to organize tasks and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget make him a crucial part of our team.

Dave Shank

As operations manager and dispatcher, Dave is an essential part of our team. His role is crucial in ensuring that every job is completed by our drivers efficiently. His strategic scheduling ensures that our drivers are always on time and ready to serve our customers. 

Les Hammaker

From maintenance to inspections, Les ensures our big trucks, small trucks, and equipment are always in top shape. His role in maintaining our vehicles is essential to the success of our business and making sure our drivers get to their jobs safely and jobs are completed with the best equipment possible. 

Office Staff

Our friendly staff has over 30 years of combined expertise and is ready to assist you with scheduling, billing, township paperwork and other questions customers may have. The seamless flow of our daily operations is thanks to the tireless efforts of this team.

Pumper Drivers 

Our certified Pennsylvania Septic Management Association technicians constantly keep up to date with training in residential septic system installation, maintenance and repair to work quickly and efficiently in maintenance and emergency scenarios.

Plumbing Department
