How often do I need to get my septic tank pumped?
We recommend getting your tank pumped every 2-5 years. However, you may need it pumped more frequently based on the size of your tank and the number of people in your home. Every township has its own ordinances, and we’re ready to help you make sense of them.
What is the cost of having my septic tank pumped?
Every system and situation is unique, so we recommend calling into our office and getting pricing from our friendly office staff.
How do I schedule commercial jobs?
If you are a commercial company that needs service or would like to get on a regular service schedule, please speak with one of our customer service experts. In most cases, we will visit your site to assess how our services can best help you and your company.
Do you do septic tank installation?
Yes, we offer septic tank installation from start to finish. If you are in need of a septic system installation, please call our office and ask to speak with one of our project experts.
How do I locate my septic tank?
Standard septic systems will have manhole-sized lids that you are able to see in your yard. In any other case, we can assist you in locating your tank.
Can I rent a portable toilet from you?
Our sister company, Walters Services Inc., offers portable toilets, luxury restroom trailers, and dumpster rentals. Their number is 717-469-9440.
What plumbing services do you offer?
We offer preventative inspections, repairs, and system education; plumbing system design and installation; video inspections of all lines; grease traps of all sizes; grease tanks; drain line pumping & cleaning; tank site marking; sump & well pump repair and replacement; sludge removal and wastewater disposal; hazardous leachate removal; and real estate and township inspections.
Is there a fee for emergency services?
We have technicians on call 24/7/365. Please give our office a call for any questions regarding emergency services.
Are there any discounts available?
We offer a variety of discounts for customers, including seniors and military personnel. Speak with our friendly customer service team if you have any questions about our discounts.

Are your drivers PSMA certified?
Our team includes confined space-approved technicians and is fully certified by the Pennsylvania Septic Management Association. We are continually training our technicians on proper procedures and updated technology.
What are some things I should not flush down my drain or toilet?
Hazardous materials, feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, and hard objects that can create a barrier to the lime. When in doubt, ask yourself, could this create a clog? If you're unsure, it's best to play it safe and throw it in the trash.
